Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@saisei.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Notice that as per our return policy, for a return to be approved, the items must be in their original condition, inside their original packaging, and with the original tags and labels attached.

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your return after receiving it.


We’ll refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon approving the return and refund of the original payment method within 14 days.


Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Items that are not defective or damaged but are eligible for a return, will be refunded in the same form of payment. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved and:

  1. Items that were found to be defective or damaged: you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount of the return.
  2. Items that were not found to be defective or damaged but are eligible for a return: you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount of the return as long as returned within 30 days.
  3. Items returned after 30 days will be refunded with a deduction of $7.5 USD for the cost of the shipping label.
